Frequently asked questions about the partner program
Nothing. Joining is free — no base fee, no minimum revenue, no contract term. The program is open to individuals of legal age and to legal entities acting in a commercial or self-employed professional capacity.
You receive 10% of the commissionable net revenue of every customer you refer. Commissionable revenue includes recurring software fees, plan upgrades and paid HORAiZON add-ons — each excluding VAT.
The commission is paid for the entire duration of the paying customer relationship. “Lifetime” therefore refers to the period during which the referred customer purchases paid services from HORAiZON — not to the lifetime of the customer or the partner. If the customer cancels, the entitlement ends when the paying customer relationship ends.
Through your individual partner link and the tracking technology used in the partner program. The attribution window is 30 days from the last valid click; the most recently recorded valid partner link wins (last click). Once a customer signs a paid contract, they are attributed to you permanently.
Only once the customer's payment has actually been received by HORAiZON. If a payment that has already been commissioned is later refunded, charged back or cancelled, the commission is corrected accordingly and can be offset against future entitlements.
Billing is monthly, with no minimum payout amount. After the billing month closes, the payout goes out via the payout method you have on file — within the euro area generally by bank transfer. Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their payment and tax details and for taxing their earnings.
A referral qualifies if the customer was not already a paying HORAiZON customer at the time of the referral, can be clearly attributed to you within the attribution window, signs a paid contract, and HORAiZON has received the payment. Existing customers, self-referrals and artificially generated sign-ups are excluded.
Yes. Referrals of genuinely independent customers — for example clients of an agency or consultancy — are expressly permitted. What is not allowed is using the program to reduce your own HORAiZON costs, i.e. where the partner and the referred customer are economically or personally identical.

Yes. The commercial nature of your promotion and your economic relationship with HORAiZON must be disclosed transparently — clearly and immediately recognizable, for example as “advertising” or “ad”. Which labelling obligations apply in detail depends on the medium you use.
No, not without prior written consent. Paid search advertising on “HORAiZON”, on brand and product names, on obvious misspellings, and on combinations with terms such as “voucher” or “discount” is prohibited — as is using the brand in domains or social media handles where this could create the impression of an official offering.
Yes, you can terminate at any time. HORAiZON may terminate with 30 days' notice. In the case of ordinary termination, customers you have properly referred remain commissionable; this does not apply to extraordinary termination for fraud or manipulation.
No, that is not a requirement. We do recommend it though: once you've seen the AI work on one of your own listings, you can recommend it far more convincingly. You can optimize one product for free, no credit card required.
